Look up at the sky tonight and you may find yourself looking at a rare and special sight indeed — a blue moon.

The nights of August 20- 21 will bestow on us a blue moon.  It isn’t a blue moon by the most popular definition of the term – the second of two full moons to occur in the same calendar month.

Instead, tonight’s full moon will be the third of four full moons to coincide in the same season. That is what makes tonight’s full moon a special Blue Moon! The overall feel of this Blue Moon is a good one. This Full Moon brings any innovative ideas for your life, planted at the New Moon two weeks ago on the 6^th August to some early fruition. This full moon in Leo/Aquarius can be an emotional and passionate time, but one to savour and enjoy.
